Drs Jill Robbie, Elizabeth Lawson and Tania Gomez Borraz travelled to Tighnabruaich as part of a research field trip to investigate sewage challenges in the region.

The Kyles Coastal Community Group has recently been formed and seeks to raise awareness about the impact of sewage pollution on the local environment. Jill, Elizabeth and Tania met with local community members about their concerns and also visited Tighnabruaich Primary School to discuss the engineering solutions to these challenges.
